The Goldberg B'nai B'rith Towers are two (2) nine (9) story buildings with a total of 302 units. The smoke-free Towers, located in Southwest Houston, on a Metro bus line, are connected by a one (1) story building that includes the lobby, management office, computer center, and library/multi-purpose room. The buildings and parking lot have controlled access. The Towers operates off of a wait list and is managed by BHC Property Management, LLC.
The Board of Directors, Management and Staff have created an “oasis of excellence” in the living environment in which social activities play an important role in daily living. The Goldberg B'nai B'rith Towers is a nationally recognized Community of Quality® by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA)

Services
The J.B. Goldberg B’nai B’rith Senior Citizens Towers Foundation raises funds for special programs and activities for Tower Residents. The Foundations mission is to “enhance the quality of life” for residents of Goldberg B'nai B'rith Towers. Some services are free and some have a nominal fee:
Computer Center available 24/7. Classes in English, Chinese and Russian.
Transportation to medical appointments and area grocery shopping.
2 Day a week Meal Program. Meals are brought in from a local restaurant and delivered to the lobby.
A limited housekeeping program.
Resident Association meetings, trips, parties, volunteer activities.
Controlled access into buildings and parking lot.
Coin-operated laundry facilities, water machine and vending machines.
Metro bus line located at corner of property.
Game room with billiard and ping pong tables.
Fused Glass class.
Beauty Shop.
Exercise Room.
Service Coordinator and Health Coordinator.
